The Wenzel LH-87, with a work envelope of 800 x 2000 x 700 mm (31.5 x 78.7 x 27.6 inches), is the finest CNC CMM available. It makes measurements anywhere in that envelope to a resolution of 1µ (40 microinches).
This machine runs autonomously, inspecting a part to a solid model downloaded from the customer.
No part leaves our shop until it has been fully QC'd.
The Mitutoyo computerized optical comparator does a great job of measuring parts that can't be measured by other methods.
All gages are are regularly calibrated to NBS Standards
